Recurring Payments

NBYS TECH LTD, provides its services for a monthly or annual charge through PayPal’s subscription payment system. By starting a subscription you understand that you will be charged a recurring fee for the service until that subscription is stopped. The price is displayed on the page that the subscription link takes you to.  We will always make it clear to you how much the subscription is for and how often you will be charged. From time to time the price of the service may increase. You will be given prior notification of this of at least 30 calendar days.



If you would like to cancel your subscription you may do so through your PayPal account. You may also contact us to do so at any time and for any reason.

Following a cancellation of a subscription, the service will continue until the paid for period ends, though you may put in a request to disable any services before that date.  

We reserve the right to terminate the service provided to you for any reason, without prior notice and without reimbursement. However, in certain circumstances we may choose to provide you with a partial or complete refund for the last billing period, through PayPal.


Limitations and disclaimer

The service and materials are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. NuntioBot makes no guarantee of the accuracy, completeness, adequacy of the data, or reliability of the service. We do not independently verify the data in the service. You should conduct your own research.

In no event shall NuntioBot be liable for any damages (including but without limitation to, damages for loss of profit, loss of server patrons or members, members' profit losses or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the service provided by NuntioBot.

In no event shall NuntioBot's aggregate liability, together with all of its affiliates, arising out of or related to this agreement, exceed the total amount paid by the customer to NuntioBot for the services giving rise to the liability in the twelve (12) months preceding the first incident out of which the liability arose. For the avoidance of doubt, an 'incident' shall be defined as any single event, or a series of related events, that give rise to a claim under this agreement. This limitation will apply whether an action is in contract or tort and regardless of the theory of liability, and will not limit the customer's payment obligations under the "Fees and Payment" section of this agreement.

In no event will NuntioBot or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to lost profits, revenues, goodwill, cover, business interruption, or punitive damages, arising out of or related to this agreement, whether an action is in contract or tort and regardless of the theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility of such damages or if the remedy otherwise fails of its essential purpose. The limitations of liability set forth herein shall survive termination or expiration of this agreement and apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We are not an investment, financial, legal, accounting, tax advisor or broker-dealer, and we do not purport to provide any personalized investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice or information in any form. NuntioBot does not offer any investment advice whatsoever. We do not recommend buying, selling or holding of any particular security. No data or materials provided is intended to be used as investment advice. We are not authorized to provide any such advice and you will not rely on us to buy, sell or hold any securities.

Automated usage

You are not permitted to control NuntioBot in any automated manner. Including but not limited to: self bots; macros; auto clickers; auto requesters. Only humans making organic requests are permitted to use NuntioBot. Along the same lines, you may not use NuntioBot in a manner that is considered “spammy”, i.e. intentionally causing a surge of requests in our service.



These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, United Kingdom and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that Province or location.


Legal age of use

By using our service, you agree that you are over the age of 18 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction) and have accepted the Terms and Condition and Privacy Policy of Discord. Use of our services under this age is not permitted.


Changes to our Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions may be updated in the future. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
