Where do I find the link to invite the bot?
To set up NuntioBot please get in touch through the Sign Up page. Someone will reach back to discuss the best solution for your Discord server.
How much does it cost?
Price depends on the server requirements so please get in touch through the Sign Up page to get an accurate quotation.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Payments are made through a PayPal monthly subscription.
This can be cancelled at any time, terminating the service after the billed period ends. You can do this directly through PayPal - or get in touch and we can cancel it for you.
Do I need any technical knowledge to set it up?
No technical knowledge is required on your end. There will be a discussion through Discord itself to determine the best implementation for your server and we will take care of the rest.
Can I restrict features to only our paid members?
Yes. Individual announcement types can be sent to rooms that only paid members have access to (as set up in your Discord server). The command can also be limited in a similar way.
How do I make changes?
You will have a friendly Discord contact for the bot in your Discord friends list, please pass on any change requests to them. They are usually implemented on the same day.

I don't need feature X.
Features can be enabled or disabled independantly.
Can I make a request for a new feature?
New feature requests are considered so please feel free to put in a request with your NuntioBot contact.
If the feature is a specific request for your server only (and is accepted) there would be an additional one-off charge depending on the complexity of the request.
